If you suffer from mild to chronic neck or back pain, spinal decompression may be the right treatment for you. It’s a non-invasive therapeutic treatment that relieves compression on your spinal discs. Our spines are supported by elastic discs between each vertebra that hold our spines together and allow our spines to move. Dr. Brenda and the team are amazing! I was a bit hesitant in the beginning as I had never gone to a chiropractor but everyone in the office is so warm and welcoming. They take the time to explain every aspect so that you feel completely comfortable. I now routinely get adjustments and the difference is night and day.
